Our delivery service is fast and reliable. If we have your order items in stock, we will send it promptly. Our orders will be shipped as soon as possible but usually are despatched within 48 hours after receiving the payment and should arrive within 3 – 10 days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by sending an estimated shipping date via e-mail. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only. We generally ship via Post Registered Mail for smaller orders, DPD, UPS, TNT and Lex System Ground Service couriers for larger parcels. Shipping cost depends on what shipping option you have chosen. Standard Shipping normally takes 3 – 10 business days to Europe. Interneational buyers, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and the rest of the World.

Please remember, do not count the day of shipment. Shipping costs are determined by weight. The free shipping limit does not apply to any delivery. Products may arrive separately – from different warehouses due to this you will not be charged extra. Parcels are delivered within business days. All parcels must be signed for by the recipient. In case you have provided home address for your ordered goodies and you know you are not reachable there, please better provide your work, business or other address where would be possible to find you and consign your parcel by courier.

We ship everywhere to Europe and internationally. There may be additional costs for shipments to Extended and Remote Areas. If you cannot find your location in the list or get a quote, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to do our best of finding the appropriate way to dispatch the parcel.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
